Joomla! 1.5 RC3
I installed Joomla! 1.5 RC3 with Xampp 1-6-3.
I was able to install Joomla! 1.5 RC3 with xampp without amending any file.
As for SEO settings, I enabled both SEO settings and Apache mod rewrite settings. I was not able to receive any error messages !
I have been wasting a lot of time only for SEO settings on Xampp with receiving 404 error messages until now. I cannot believe.
It was the first experience for me !
